I don't think I'll buy a house for atleast the next 5 years. I want to be able to afford a house and still live comfortably...which can't happen on my income until I either a.) get a raise/promotion and/or b.) start using joint incomes with a female (girlfriend/wife) to help pay the mortgage.
I thought you bought a place already?
