I've had an ING account for 2-3 years. Very easy to use. Transfers usually take 2-3 days (pretty standard for bank-to-bank fund transfers), website is very easy to navigate, understand, and log into. ING doesn't have the best rate available online, other sites have better (capitalone, hsbc, emigrant direct), but I think ING's ease of use really makes up for the difference.
