I can't find your thread which has the link on how to fix this problem. Please re-post it again.

Also, I've checked the Engine Light, it does exactly what you mentioned above (on and off within 2-3 second). The same thing, when I turn to the on position, I hear fuel pump prime from the back seat.

The problem seem gone now. I have not done anything other than replace the fuel filter. It is weird that the problem still there for the whole day after the fuel filter was replace but now it is gone. Maybe the weather is the cause of the Main Relay. Do anyone have the instruction how to locate/replace the Main Relay on 95 Integra SE?? Thanks for any help.
