I have the Brembo cross-drilled rotors on my EG and my friend has been using his cross-drilled rotors on his VR6 for 3+ years. No problems whatsoever.

It is a common myth that they crack and break.

And, the cross-drilling does not help to stop any better, it simply helps eliminate brake fade. The holes allow more airflow and will only cool the rotors.
