Sounds like your main relay to me.
Turn your key to the "on" position. The check engine light should come on for about 2 seconds and go off. Also, you should be able to hear your fuel pump prime from under your rear seat. If you can't hear it prime, theres a good chance it is your main relay.
The problem is caused from dry solder joints in the relay. If you are good at soldering, you can actually fix the part yourself.
