I have a 97 honda civic dx. since the end of last summer i started to notice that it was having a bit of trouble when there was a lot of precipitation. Now this summer, it has got progressively worse. When I finally do get it started, it may stutter a bit but after about 10 minutes its back to normal. If anybody knows how to go about fixing this problem, please let me know. Its my baby...
