Just take it to a machine shop and tell them you want the short block aka bottom end rebuilt. Tell them you are going to boost it, a good machine shop will tell you your options after inspection of the block, crank, rods, positions. If you are not shooting for high horse power you should be able to use stock parts. You need to do some research on forced induction and fuel management. Use the books on my last post thy are full of good info.
Molest mechanics do not do engine rebuilds now days and if thy do thy are not as good as a machine shop.
Or just look for a block with less miles.
