Gen 6 is OBDII and there isn't much tuning through the ECU available for them. The only route is to gut your OE ECU and get AEM Engine Management or some lame piggyback controller. It might also be possible to get an OBDII -> OBDI harness and chip an OBDI ecu but I highly doubt it. There aren't any Gen 6 bins or much support and it sounds like you don't have the knowledge to tune it yourself. If you are serious you're looking to spend around $1k without any significant gains besides removing the speed limiter. On OBDI chipped Hondas its literally a 2 second process to remove.
