The head swap does nothing to change the fact that you've got a F22 block with over 200,000 miles on it. :shake:
I sincerely hope you are planning a full bottom-end rebuild when you do the head swap.

Because otherwise, you're going to be very unhappy when you spin a bearing or worse, throw a rod through the side of the block.

Also, the block material has no bearing on whether you need to sleeve.
The design of the block and the expected cylinder pressure are what determine the need to sleeve.
