It was 26.5 when I was drafted (last draft into the Marine Corps) in 1970 and I don't think that has changed. If they do reinstate a draft I think women in the age group should also be required to sign up. No educational deferments either. Maybe even make it mandatory like it is in Israel, everyone serves at least 18 months.
