depending on your compression.. if it's 9.5:1 or lower.. technicly you can use the head gasket you have without any issues as the piston will not exceed the deck height. I'd suggest going with a 81.5mm head gasket tho.

you will not need any other sensors on the back of that block to run obd-1.. actually the only one that your even going to utilize is going to the be single pin one (oil pressure sensor), that shows you the idiot light if u lose oil pressure.
