they proably have the insurance and have since already gotten a new phone. I don't need morality lessons, I just want to know if I can use the phone or not. I will

I know I'm an ass, if I found a large sum of money I would keep it instead of trying to find the rightfull owner, no matter how much of a sob story it is.
