Take it out and get us a pic of the other end of the sensor...I suppose it could be someones attempt to add knock sensor to a block.
It just has a long probe, nothing special.. all the obd-0 b18a's have them. I wanna say it's was a temp sensor that wasn't really used, but i can't remember right now.
