#1. I would beef up the suspension. Your car may never be fast but, you can make it handle a lot better.
#2. Intake, Headers, & Exhaust would be the next step.
#3. VTec controllers arent worth it unless you have done work on the engine.
#4. hopefully someone else can fill in # 4 for us.
