Oem or better on the bearing. Thats what most clutch websites say on their advertisements. It usually says the list of parts and on it it'll say oem throwout bearing or better. You might wanna check the rest of your clutch too and ur rear main seal etc. I'f you're gonna drop the tranny might as well replace as many things as you can while you got it apart unless money is an issue.
