yea, I would fix it and no, your car wont be 100% again but if it's done well you'll adjust to all changes and it'll be like nothing ever happend and only your wallet will remember to couple hundred bucks that got away.
I got my accord when the front end was all sorts of smashed and now she's almost 100% again.
