I know this subj. has already been discussed in this forum thousands of time. But I still need assurance from you guys. So, Please bear with me one more time.


1999 Honda Accord, 4cyl, 76,000 miles.

I always changed oil and filter at 2500 miles no matter what.
Now i have decided to go to Synthetic or Synthetic Blend. I am doing some research about it but can't figure or set up my freaking mind what to use. So, my question is

Should I use Full Synthetic or Synthetic Blend? Consider that fact that my car is 8 years old and have 76,000 miles in it.
Oh, one more thing, CAN I STILL USE HONDA OEM FILTER WITH SYNTHETIC?
