its probably the wires in between the door and the cab. especially the drivers door (since it is opend and closed the most.) what happens is the wires become brittle and crack or break. im sure if you pulled it apart you would find the wires hanging together by a strand or two. my sister in laws car does the same shit. i see it all the time at work. its 90% of the time the wiring on the drivers side. cut back the rubber loom and inspect all wires.

if you are digging around inside the door, then you are at the wrong place. you dont need to remove door skin or anything. just the rubber loom that runs between the door and the cab. ive never seen a connector come loose on a honda.
