when people say to eat several smaller meals a day, how big are those meals. just like a granola bar? or like a salad, or more? less?
i work out 5 days per week, 4 of those days are weights days and 1 is cardio. on each weight day i do 1-1.15 miles on the elliptical. on the cardio day i do about 3 miles between the elliptical and the treadmill.
breakfast is usually a packet of instant oatmeal
snack is a granola bar, jello pack or something else light & healthy
lunch is probably about 8oz of meat and if i'm still hungry a snack
snack again
dinner is same as lunch. sometimes i'll eat 2 turkey on wheat instead of chicken or whatever if i'm not feeling that.
