Even though the problem occurs when he hits bumps ?.. I understand due to the spring ride height will not genrally be affected by a blown shock, and just for my own knowledge.. If I have a blown shock, will that one tire have more of a chance to hit my fender when I hit bumps ?..

Just sayin, if he rules out the shock as a problem. I guess his problems solved then huh ?.. I hope so anyway, I have never had a rubbing problem before, I know ppl who have, and it sucks !
