its pretty easy

there are 2 screws on the top... near the plastic
remove those, and pull the black trim piece out... it is held on by clips.
then there are 4 screws that hold the cluster in place.
remove those, and the cluster should be able to come out.

If you disconnect the cluster harness, DO not start the car without plugging it back in.
