I installed 2GB of ram (up from 512MB) a few months ago and noticed lately that my PC isn't really all that much faster. I was bumping around in my system settings and found the 'page file size'...after googling what it actually meant, I realized it was set to 150% of 512MB and not 150% of 2GB, so that should help now that it's set correctly h:

Any other changes you guys make to optimize computer performance?
