one day about 2:30 i got a trouble that was called in the same day. we usually stop taking troubles for the same day at 1pm & this one came in at 2pm, so the lady had already been informed she would be charged premium rates before i was sent out......
the trouble was "no sync/no surf. cust REFUSES to troubleshoot & DEMANDS dispatch today"
i get there & she starts going on & on about how the dsl doesn't work & then said "....& the fucking computer won't come on either..."
i go over to her desk, look down at the power strip laying on the floor, turn the little power button to "on" & hand her a bill for $200 w/ a big

on my face as i said "it's usually important for electrical devices to actually have electricity applied to them"
this was one of those instances that just makes you feel all warm & tingly inside
Wow :chuckles:
I would have unplugged her tv as I left.
