I think that is conditional. If the guy is a real asshole and doesn't deserve her then I don't think there's anything wrong with trying to make her see that she could do a whole lot better. However, if she's happy with the guy and they're in a working relationship, you should stay in the friend zone (and just pray for a possible rebound someday).
