I myself am in San Diego and my local refs name is Michael Muller of Southwestern college in Chula Vista. When you call, the operator will ask you a basic rundown of your setup, then will send the info to the ref. The ref will call you within a day or so and go through step by step everything he or she will look for on test day. Some refs will let certain things slide and some wont. But whoever it is they will lead you in the right direction. It is a very simple process and it only costs about $40. Hope this helps,
