Default Vibration upon acceleration

I have a 96 gsr with 239K miles and it runs awesome but it has vibration when I press on the accelerator. The vibration happens as soon as I press on the pedal slightly. Then the vibration stops when I let off of the pedal.

I have installed 2 front tires, 4 brembo rotors (fixed the braking vibration), Akebono pads, ss lines, and gotten an alignment. So, it's not the rotors or tires (were balanced). The rear tires WERE cupped on the inner edge but now I have the old front tires on the rear and they are fine.

I don't think it is the axles or CV joints because it does not vibrate unless I touch the gas pedal and the axles are always spinning regardless if I am pressing on the pedal or not. I also think the mounts are fine because I replaced 2 last year. I glanced at the mounts tonight and they looked ok, but I only made a quick glance.

I also changed all of the shocks last year and the 2 front wheel bearings. I don't think that it's the wheel bearings because they made a very loud noise when they were bad.

Do you have any idea? I looked in other forums but I did not see anything exactly like this.

Thanks
