Was just going to tell you only way is if you have HDMI Input, VGA INPUT/OUTPUT or composite input on your LCD. Most new LCD's now a days come with all of the above

my monitors have DVI and VGA inputs only, but i'm not aware of component to DVI (HDMI minus audio, right?) though...
