4GB isn't worth it as you'll only ever seen between 2.5-3.5 of acutal useful memory in windows due to it being 32bit.

Btw, I heard that Quadcore may not be that efficient in gaming compared to others. Multitasks = 2 thumbsup, but gaming isn't so quite

What are you going to use for cooling?
Duo Core and Quad core isn't efficient for a lot of stuff because the program or game isn't written with the other cores in mind. Supreme Commander and Command and Conquer 3 are the only 2 at this time taking advantage of more than 1 core.

For cooling looking at something like the Scythe Ninja or the Zalman 9700.
