your fogs should have come with the necessary wiring with switch to be turned on/off!!
I dont see why you should connect them with your headlights!
yeah it comes w/ the proper wirings. its OEM so no problem w/ that.im askin coz a friends car in another country you can turn on the fog w/o headlights ON.
