why do u want the doors to lock at a certain speed or when is on gear? it doesnt make sense and I dont think is possible even with a aftermark.

Usually a good alarm "DEI" will lock all doors when the car is turn on and it will unlock when the car is off as default. yes u can arm while the car is on or moving. you get all options with a good alarm but I never hear of doors locking automatically at specific mph.
