Redline MTL is better than the Honda MTF. It is synthetic, so less prone to oxidation, (wearing out) and will show more consistent viscosity over range of temps. I switched at first fluid change at 30K miles and noticed much smoother shifting. It is $$, but what else are you going to spend your money on if not your car?
