when I make hamburgers I take the top of the bun and pull out all the bread material to make sort of like a mini bowl...then I layer in ketchup/mayo/mustard/onions/pickles then seal it off with cheese and then place the whole shabbang on top of the meat pati. When done properly it keeps all condiments and toppings contained within the "bread dome". It's
