Default White Smoke

I know I've heard that white smoke is coolant burning, but is there another way to tell besides trying to smell it or doing a compression test. I did a compression test about...3 or 4 months ago and it was fine...5-10% leakage. There has been quite a bit of white smoke from my exhaust, possibly because I ran at the track alot this weekend. Can anyone gimme some tips...how to tell for sure...quotes on the labor and parts and what parts I should check to replace also...piston rings, valves, which gaskets? Thanks...for my info my car is a 94 prelude si with 128,000 miles on it

(Running strong until now..,)
