Maybe it's because I still live near college, but I swear... every fucking time some driver does stupid shit, I'lll see them yacking away into their headset with their eyes glazed over.

Oh.. and the new law in LA county is half-assed at best.
It's a $20 non-moving violation and they have much bigger issues to police anyway. :a:
