I just had to replace my clutch on my 94 Civic DX and when we finally got it back together we started it up and it wouldnt go into gear, so we figured we put soemthing back together wrong, so we took it apart again and this time when we put it back together and went to start it .... it wouldnt start.

The car just cranks and cranks but never starts. In the past my car had a problem with the connection to the fuel pump so i figured that may have come loose but I messed with that and I can also hear the fuel pump turning on so I don't know what it could be.

Does anyone have any ideas on what could be the problem after doing the clutch?
