The timing belt service ( t belt, water pump, cam seals, etc) runs about $900 at the honda dealership. They say it is recommended every 110K miles, but it is a good idea to get it done at 80K because I've talked to people who have had problems around 90K, especially in 5th gens with that damn auto tensioner. Do it before you bend all your valves by snapping the t-belt and have to spend the 900 bucks plus another 5-600 repairing the head.
