I am running 205/45/16's (currently at stock height but will be at about 1.25" drop this weekend)..........I am fine, and will continue to be fine after the drop. If you rub at all, I would think it would be minimal and you could always roll the wells out a little. IMHO you will be ok, but maybe others have some different experiences....afterall, you are riding kind of low.
