McCain used to get a lot of respect for me. I felt like he was someone that was willing to stand up for the redeeming ideas within the republican party... and then he jumped in bed with the mainstream of the republican party.

Way far left of what? A Freeper? She's a left-leaning centrist. She voted for the war, repeatedly for PATRIOT act, against the cluster munitions act, voted to spend $2bil to make a huge fence across our mexican border. Right there proves she isn't "Far Left". She's about as far to the left as Lieberman is to the right (The only reason Lieberman still caucusses with the dems even though he's independent is to maintain his seniority. His campaign was financed with GOP dollars even).
