One recommendation(not pointed towards anyone)- don't shorten your battery's life by listening to music powered by an external amplifier with the car off. That is, unless you have a deep-cycle, but I hear the Optimas are discontinued.

I would just take it to get it tested and/or fully recharged if necessary, after all, its free.
