LCPL Nagy, at the time, was holding his Master Sergeant's sidearm because his Master Sergeant was careless and left it in the vehicle. The magazine is not inserted and the chamber is empty because we cleared our weapons before we entered the compound. Also, FYI, I was issued a pistol and an M4 while I was on guard duty for the commandant of the Marine Corps and also when I was assigned to an escort vehicle for high profile personnel.
