Let's assume the author behind the dump incumbents website is correct. "Informed" voters turn up in droves. Now the problem becomes what the masses believe. Aren't the "sheeple" still easily persuaded by big budget campaigns?

Now if folks could be convinced to vote for the person who spends the least on their campaign then we might be on to something....
