Alpine M-bus changers are compatible with all "changer controlling" honda head units... with the addition of a special adapter. There are 2 adapters available, one that fits the panasonic made deck... which is a round DIN connector on the deck end, and the other is for the pioneer made decks, which has a rectangular molex plug for the deck.

The easiest way to check if your Honda deck will control a changer, is to look for a CD or CD CHG button. As far as I know, all the Honda in dash CD players will control a changer... and MOST new cassette decks.

The 98-up accord EX double DIN deck WILL control a changer.

Alpine doesn't make honda radios? Show me anywhere that says pioneer makes their radios. Know what you talk about before you write something. What does this link say.....
