Boosting on stock internals requires a really good tuner and the ringlands are pretty weak on our motor. I dont think it helps that you have the JDM h23, because JDM usually means higher compression. If you want to know more about boosting on stock internals I can send you a couple of my threads from other forums where we got into great detail about the setup.
good luck, and make your goals a little more realistic than 350hp.. remember slapping on a turbo doesnt solve the problem that you have a stock honda motor under the hood!
