Did you buy it or lease it? If it's leased, you don't pay for the maintainance/inspection.
I bought it new. I also bought the extended warranty which was like 6yrs/100000 mi. or something...i'd have to look at the papers. Well I haven't experienced the problem since, but I am still going to have Honda inspect it.
