I received a notice from Acura in the last year stating that, for 1995, 1996 and 1997 vehicles, there is a technical problem with the OBD that causes it not to comply with Federal and California regulations. As part of an agreement with the EPA, Acura will inspect, repair or replace all components of the emissions control system that need it, free of charge. In addition, they will replace the spark plugs, ignition wires, distributor cap and rotor, and change the oil and filter, all free of charge.
