Bahahahahahahaha... I love this! As far as I know though, aA Short-Ram Intake really doesn't help that much. It takes the air from right next to your engine, which is hot... if you look closely enough even the Stock Intake takes in cooler air without other mods. And slapping a K&N Cone Filter where your stock box is will help about the same as a Short-Ram Intake. But replacing your stock filter with the same type in the box of a K&N brand... all you might get is cleaner air. If you care about power, and don't we all, buy a damn Full Cold Air Intake. This will send the filter down to the bottom of your car for fresh air, it's the next best thing to the kind that mounts in your freakin' grille. AEM is my favorite brand and you can get a full one for around 200$. But INJEN and DC Sports are also very nice. If your paranoid, get a Bypass Valve (25$), easy to find for the AEM, which makes it about impossible to get any water into your engine, which ****s it up real nice... Basically the bypass valve has openings with flaps around it that let air in when extra pressure is needed to pull air in from the normal filter, which would occur with water getting into it. The bypass valve mounts about mid in the intake piping. So anyways theres my two cents about intakes. And oh yeah. NEVER BUY A CHEAP KNOCKOFF BRAND INTAKE... EVER!!! Sorry about that outburst but omg you loose power! Thanks for reading and good luck!
BTW Elite I love that Brittney Spears Comment! Hats off to you.
