Yeah I have the strictest setting...ships to US/Canada only, no buyers with neg feedback, no buyers with unpaid items strikes.

I tried to file a claim but ebay says I have to wait a week...by then the market will be flooded with these things since I bought it at BB yesterday for $435 incl tax and everyone else is going to be doing it now. Should I relist immediately? How the hell do I avoid this?
