it's hard to get them just right, you need good mint. You're better off buying some syrup that you mix with rum and adding mint as a decoration.
blasphemy...if you are gonna make them, make them right....get good mint leaves and fresh limes...take the time to bruise the mint and squeeze the limes....gangsta.
my drink of choice would be a Ketel One Martini, Up, Dirty, Blue Cheese Olives.
