Yay it finally passed today, on the fourht try :yay: . Heres a list of the things i did, just in case anyone else has similar problems...

-changed my cat twice
-changed my dc header to oem
-replaced pcv valve
-switched out the type r cams i was running for some b16's
-changed the o2 sensor
-timed it
-cleaned out intake box and filter
-replaced fuel filter
-replaced spark plugs
-replaced dizzy cap n rotor (oem of course )
-ran a can of fuel system treatment
-and another can of the "guaranteed to pass smog"
