i am not sure if honda has it...but on my old nissan i had...behind the fan controler lever there was a control board that controled how fast the fan ran, well that somehow got mostiure to it and would only let the fan run at full speed....then it eventually took a dump and wouldnt let the fan run at all..that could be your problem....i think the controler was only like 20 bucks?...but like i said i am not sure if Honda has that...it was on my Nissan
